Customers

To deliver our services (B2B sales, marketing, advisory, and implementation), we need to process personal data related to our customers and their contact persons.

We store this information for 5 years after the end of the current financial year.

Job Applications

If you send us a job application, we process your information to assess whether you match our hiring needs.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in recruiting.

If you progress to the recruitment phase or become hired, you will receive separate information about our processing of personal data.

Data Processors

We use external suppliers (“data processors”) that process data on our behalf. These suppliers help us with hosting, analytics, marketing, communication, and internal systems.

Our primary data processors include:

• Framer – website hosting

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – marketing and advertising

• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) – analytics and marketing

• LinkedIn – marketing

• Klaviyo / email provider – optional, if used

• Cloud hosting / server providers

• Payment or invoice systems (if applicable)

We ensure that all data processors provide adequate protection for your data and have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each relevant supplier.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless:

• It is part of delivering the service

• It is required by law

We do not sell or trade your data.

Where possible, we use EU/EEA-based providers.
